At Paleblue, we support initiatives that make a tangible difference in our environment. That's why we were thrilled to join forces with Fish For Garbage for the 2024 Strawberry Reservoir Cleanup. Together, we achieved an incredible milestone, collecting 4,780 pounds of trash and surpassing the 100,000 pounds of garbage removed since Fish For Garbage's inception.
Volunteers gathered early at Chicken Creek West, Strawberry Reservoir, Utah, ready to make an impact. The day kicked off with breakfast provided by Paleblue, fueling everyone for the work ahead. From 9:00 AM to noon, volunteers scoured the reservoir and surrounding areas, collecting trash and helping restore the beauty and health of this vital riparian ecosystem. The efforts of these dedicated individuals were rewarded with lunch, also provided by Paleblue.
Cleanups like the one at Strawberry Reservoir are crucial for maintaining the health of our natural environments. They help protect wildlife, improve water quality, and enhance the overall beauty of these areas. By removing trash, we can prevent harmful substances from entering the ecosystem and ensure that future generations can enjoy these natural spaces.

To participate, simply register and sign a waiver. We provide garbage bags, gloves, and water filtration stations. In our effort to reduce waste, please bring your own water bottle. By participating, you not only help the environment but also have a chance to win great prizes from our sponsors.
